Calling all cat-lovers and families, we have fantastic news to share. Channel 4 is set to release an animated adaptation of Judith Kerr’s classic children’s book, Mog’s Christmas, in 2023! Produced by Lupus Films and featuring an all-star voice cast, this special Christmas event promises to bring joy and laughter to households across the UK.
Judith Kerr wrote Mog’s Christmas in 1976, and it has since become a beloved classic amongst children and grown-ups alike. The story follows Mog the cat and her family as they prepare for and celebrate Christmas Day. From the pesky tree decorations to the arrival of guests, Mog’s antics will entertain and warm your heart.
Lupus Films will be producing this special animated adaptation of Judith Kerr’s much-loved classic children’s book ‘Mog’s Christmas’, featuring a sparkling voice cast including Claire Foy, Benedict Cumberbatch, Adjoa Andoh, Miriam Margolyes, Maggie Steed, Zawe Ashton and Charlie Higson; and will be brought to life by the same team that made The Tiger Who Came to Tea, including director Robin Shaw and screenwriter Joanna Harrison.
